Rewilding Intros are mini-webinars that allow European Rewilding Network members to introduce themselves. September’s Intro, which was open to the public for the first time, saw participants learn about bison rewilding in the Southern Carpathians of Romania.

The European Rewilding Network’s “Rewilding Intro” saw Dominic Buscall introduce the Wild Ken Hill initiative in the UK. The overall aim of these mini-webinars is to promote further exchange between network members and thereby enhance rewilding outcomes.

Rewilding Europe is delighted to announce that the Dunsany Reserve, part of the Dunsany Estate in Ireland, has just joined the European Rewilding Network. As the first Irish member, this takes network membership to 61 across 27 countries. We caught up with Randal Plunkett (officially Lord Dunsany) and an Irish film director and producer, to learn more about the reserve and his reasons for rewilding.
