Complaints

We value your feedback. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please let us know.

Definition

We define a complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction with Rewilding Europe. This may relate to activities we carry out or support and/or the behaviour of employees and representatives of Rewilding Europe.

Inappropriate behaviour and integrity violations

Rewilding Europe is committed to preventing, identifying and correcting inappropriate behaviour – this includes integrity violations, fraud, corruption, discrimination, sexual harassment, aggression and bullying by its employees and all others working for or on behalf of Rewilding Europe. This is enforced by our Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Policy on Integrity and Inappropriate Behaviour (see Rewilding Europe’s Public Disclosures).

Commitment

  • We will take your complaint seriously.
  • We will treat your complaint with sensitivity, discretion and understanding.
  • We will respond to your complaint within five working days and keep you updated.
  • We will inform you in writing within eight weeks of receiving your complaint about our position and any consequential action to be taken.

You can send us your complaint by email or by using the form below.
In cases of inappropriate behaviour or integrity violations, you can contact our integrity officer or our external confidential advisor Miriam Smit. Complaints can be submitted anonymously and will be kept as confidential as possible within the scope of conducting the necessary investigation.
