After a decade of work, Rewilding Europe is now stepping up its operations. We have developed an exciting new strategy and set ambitious goals for 2030. Sustainable financial resources are critical to the growth and amplification of our initiative and rewilding across Europe.

The Conservation Finance Expert will lead the current Rewilding Europe Capital fund and develop, manage, and deploy new financial resources in support of achieving positive environmental and socio-economic outcomes that support Rewilding Europe’s strategy and objectives. The Conservation Finance Expert reports to the Head of Enterprise and will work closely together with the wider Enterprise Team (including partner organisations)

Job description and qualifications

We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 5 years of professional experience in conservation or environmental finance or related employment. You have extensive knowledge of a wide range of financial tools, both public and private and have the experience and ability to develop and write business plans and investment proposals.
