European Wildlife Bank Coordinator

Rewilding Europe is seeking a coordinator for its European Wildlife Bank (EWB), a pioneering initiative established by Rewilding Europe for the purpose of restocking and reintroducing wildlife (particularly large herbivores such as wild horses and European bison) in rewilding areas across Europe.

This important position involves coordinating the supply and demand of large herbivore herds, coordinating the contracting of such herds, organising the transport and veterinary care of animals, handling relevant regulatory requirements, and acting as the main point of contact between Rewilding Europe and EWB partners.

The EWB Coordinator will be based in the Netherlands, ideally close to the Rewilding Europe Head Office (Nijmegen), and reports to the Head of Rewilding. The preferred capacity is 0.4 full-time equivalent (fte).
