After a decade of work, Rewilding Europe is now stepping up its operations. We have developed an exciting new strategy and set ambitious goals for 2030. We now are looking for a Head of Upscaling to strengthen our Central Team.
Job description and qualifications
This is a highly strategic ànd operational position in a growing organisation. You will be leading the scaling up objective of Rewilding Europe’s strategy by using rewilding principles, models and tools and supporting their application in and beyond the rewilding landscapes.
You bring relevant experience in upscaling mechanisms, building networks and coalitions. You are outgoing, results oriented, a team player and connector who can play a strong convening role across rewilding organisations and initiatives in Europe.
You consider yourself a rewilding enthusiast with at least 8 years of experience in large landscape restoration or similar and a strong network in relevant sectors. You will be reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director and are a member of the Management Team.
